Most business owners I work with are good at what they do. The problem is not the work - it is everything that needs to happen around it to keep clients coming in and the business running properly.
Marketing that does not go out. Operations that get managed reactively. Projects that stall because no one is coordinating them.
A monthly retainer means I handle it. Strategy, marketing, operations, admin, coordination - whatever the business needs that month.
Content days and event days are available separately, and most of my retainer clients started there.
